  • All items are handmade and may contain slight variations.
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

2. Products

  • All items are handmade in small batches in London (United Kingdom).
  • Please read product descriptions carefully. Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting.
  • Keep out of reach of small children; some items may pose a choking hazard.
  • Do not bend the jewellery, it might break.
  • Do not scratch the surface or it will degrade the jewellery.
  • Do not submerge in water.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP and converted to your local currency.
  • Prices do not include import duties or taxes unless stated otherwise. They are not calculated at checkout and must be paid separately by you upon arrival of your order. NO REFUND will be issued concerning these taxes.

4. Orders

  • Orders are processed within the stated number of business days after payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to issues like product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

  • Delivery times may vary by location and carrier.
  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Once shipped, we are not liable for delays, import tax duties or lost packages caused by postal services.

6. International Orders (Including EU)

  • Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any applicable charges before ordering.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
